Thank you Miss Denham

Just a quick mention to Chantal Denham. Chantal, who is our media person, has been a huge successs in the village of ABay with the kids. She has worked tirelessly at the pre-school and been a tower of energy and motivation. Chantal has taken the reigns with the cricket group and improved her batting no end. Her bowling is less impressive, although her fielding is exceptional. the kids are at a loss without her. Unfortunately the Swimming Club has been on hold due to sea being too rough - hopefully when you come out next time. Thank you Chantal for coming out here in Sri Lanka for the past two months. It has been a pleasure working with you.

Thank you to Paddle4relief, especially Tim, who put up with me for 2 months.
This trip was such a spiritual journey in my life, that I won’t forget!
I was blessed to have done something so rewarding and recommend anyone to go over and give a helping hand. Tim has a lot of knowledge and history with the village people. They all love him.
I hope Tim reaches his goals in Arugam Bay!

You are very welcome. To think you are the first to have experienced working with me in ABay. What a baptism of fire! Apologies for my disorganised manner. Not used to having someone else around. I must become more organised for future volunteers! If anyone is brave enough to come out.
The kids continued to harrass me about you, and could not accept that you would not pop up at any time. Everyday they would ask where you were. Your impression on them will be with them always.
Thank you again.
Tim
